200 grams of wheat flour 200 grams of raw cassava flour 02 box of pineapple gelatin 06 tablespoons refined sugar 02 glass of warm water Obs.: ARS tip - Don't be surprised when you get Piau with the same dough, especially if you add Coloral and/or corn meal.

How to prepare:
Mix the wheat flour with the cassava flour. In a glass dissolve the gelatin powder in hot water and refined sugar. Mix little by little with the flours, kneading well until the ideal alloy is formed. If it gets too soft, add a little more flour. Once ready, just bait your hook and start catching the beautiful Tilapia friends. Remembering that the gelatine can be of another flavor, but the one we used and it gave great results was the pineapple one. A hug and good fishing always friends.
